In honor of the first General Assembly which saw the election of the first board members and President Steinhardt, Mayor Jerry Abramson of Louisville issued a a proclamation declaring June 27, 2010 Corps Saint Lazare International Day. Louisville, established in 1780, is the largest city in Kentucky and the 17th largest city in the United States of America.

A photo DVD containing about 500 to 600 pictures (Photo DVD fee to cover cost will be EUR 10.- plus EUR 5.- p&p) is planned which will cover all events in their ordering as well as a video DVD (taken with three cameras and professionally remastered) containing the Holy Service, the Blessing of the Colors, CSLI officer nominations, and investiture of the Order of St. Joachim, duration about 30 min (Video DVD fee to cover cost will be EUR 25 plus EUR 5 p&p). Who is available for translations?

The CSLI has many members whose mother tongue is not German. It is their desire and request that the CSLI website will be available in different languages. We are planning to present the CSLI website in English too, in the near future. It may even get translated after another short while in Spanish. However, who would choose this important work freely? Our goal for the next few weeks is to present our website, step by step in English, too. This definitely is no task that should be done by one person alone. We can and will naturally have to divide this task. Due to the fact that we are no professional translators, we would be very much looking forward to your corrections and comments. Thank you!
